Pretty good burgers and shrimp tacos. I like to stop in on my way to/ from Cocoa Beach or just when cruising A1A with my dog.

The place is excellent!!!! The food is awesome, the staff very friendly and on top if it, and the music is especially great! Check out the Cocoa Beach All Star Jam Session on Wednesdays!!! Playing in a jam session can be a great way to meet fellow musicians, get more stage experience, make yourself heard, learn how to play different kinds of music, and have tons of fun! Maybe you'll even meet your future band members there! What genre of music? Everything from Rock, Blues, Country, Fusion, Jazz. . . we have even had African and Latin music!!! The 35th St Grill Music Lounge stage is complete with sound, drums, amplifiers! The All Star Jam Band hosted by Lucky Edward is there to guide and support your needs! cocoabeachallstarjam.com

My wife Lynda and I recently moved to Cocoa Beach permanently from VA and have been looking for a bar where we can watch football outside, inexpensive and has a friendly atmosphere, so we decided to try 35th street bar and grill and we really had a great time. The customer service is superb and the food is fantastic. I love the fish taco, the chicken wings and the turkey Ruben sandwich. The place is very clean. The pool tables are brand new and the place is a lot bigger than it looks. I want to thank the staff Lauren, Carrisa and Debbie for the excellent customer service and we will definitely be going back.

Extremely disappointed, our service was atrocious. I have never posted a negative review like this, but I want other possible patrons to be warned to spend their time and money somewhere else. Waitress nice but not very knowledgeable. We waited 45? minutes for appetizers to arrive, and had to repeatedly ask for condiments for our meal. We were told there was only one cook tonight, which was making everything so slow. Asked our waitress to talk with the manager (which he finally did, after another excruciating wait), was only willing to take 15% off our bill (which didn't even match up with our poor service), we asked to speak with the owner, but he wouldn't see us (as he was in the kitchen cooking) and not willing to listen to our issues. It was the worst service I've seen in a very long time. And food just ok. This place should stick to drinks only with the attention they're paying to their meal service...

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Terrible service from the second I sat down. Bartender said she would be right with me - which I heard her say to almost everyone who walked in after me. Took ten minutes for the her to ask what I wanted to drink and she only had about six people sitting at the bar at the time - one being the owner. They had frozen drinks specials on the board so I decided to order a Pina Colada and the bartender made a snide comment about having to make frozen drinks to a fellow co-worker. Both the Pina Colada and my glass of water were served without a bev nap or coaster and within minutes was sitting in a pool of condensation. I ordered the steamed clams at the recommendation of the bartender. Took awhile to receive them and they were nothing special. Served plain with only drawn butter. Then I ordered the Beef Eater sandwich at the recommendation of a patron. I waited and I waited and I waited. AND I WAITED!!! By this time I notice that everyone else who walked in much later than I not only had their food but was almost finished eating. And when I arrived there were very few people in the entire restaurant. Not only did I bring it to the bartender's attention but so did the others sitting around me. The owner approached me to confirm that he was aware of the situation only to never return without resolving the the problem within a timely manner. So I continue to wait and wait for the problem to be rectified which never happened. By this time another twenty minutes has passed. I asked for my check so that I could have it paid by the time I was finished with the sandwich as I had a long drive ahead of me AND again took forever for the bartender to produce SO the gentleman sitting beside me ended up taking care of my check because he was appalled by the service I received. Which then put me in another uncomfortable position. When the gentleman informed the bartender that he would like to pick up my check she immediately agreed without involving me at all & said "She can leave now". I couldn't believe my ears so I repeated it back to her and she said "Yes, you can leave now." So, did this mean they never had any intention of serving me the sandwich? I asked to speak to the owner before leaving and he never had the decency to talk to me or apologize for the horrendous experience I had. After speaking to the assistant manager he told me the ticket time on the sandwich was 7pm. I left @ 730 so clearly the bartender never put the order in til it was brought to her attention that I had been waiting for quite some time. I walked into the restaurant at 5:50 and left at 730 extremely hungry and disappointed!!! I travel often for work & eat out very often and by far this is the worst experience I have ever had. I prefer to support the independent business owner rather than the corporate monsters. And from what I was told by a local couple, the food is quite good and they are a new establishment. They were clearly under staffed from the back of the house to the front. Having managed restaurants it was very clear that they need to look at the big picture if they want to survive. Hire more people to accommodate your business and hire a REAL bartender that can handle a bar & a few tables!!! This restaurant has a lot of potential to be a great spot for coming in off the beach to enjoy food & drinks. Let's hope they work on the two main components it takes to be successful - Great service & great food in a timely manner.

The food was not good at all. Chicken BBQ sandwich was so overlooked and like rubber. Hubby said his defrosted burger was not good at all either. Server was nice but slowest service ever. Lunch took over an hour.

I rarely if ever give 1 star, but WOW! This place is super divey. It's not even a typical beach bar and grill. It's not even on the beach. It's across a four lane stretch from the beach. There is no view. It was dirty and the food is less than stellar to say the least. The drinks were watered down and I would venture a guess and say that the $0.50 Draft and Wings on Tuesday keeps locals saying this is a happening joint (Tuesday was mentioned to us several times). And on Friday (also mentioned in excess) there is a free buffet, which makes me wonder if that is left over food they couldn't sell during the week. My husband is a quiet man who is not a picky eater by any stretch of the imagination and even he had something to say. I was utterly shocked when we pulled up, but decided to try it because one should never judge a book by it's cover. The only joy we found was that the Miami Heat were playing on T.V.. They were happy to put the game on.

Typical beach bar and grill. Nothing great and nothing bad. Cold beer and decent food. It's a bar and grill for gods sake. Stopped in for lunch and was intrigued by the Bacon Ham and grilled cheese on jalapeno corn bread. It was pretty freaking good. Seems like a good place to hang out. Classic Rock playing in the background, Florida Lager on tap, and an open air bar. What's not to like. Apparently other reviewers aren't used to "Florida Time" They need to chill out and enjoy the vibe instead of worrying about a 10 minute wait for your food. Have another beer and lighten up chica.

Food was bland and took almost an hour to get to us. Server was nice but seriously slow. Restaurant has great potential but defiantly isn't there.

35th Street Grill is touch and go for me. I have been their three times and had mixed experiences. Every time was during a slow period (Saturday lunch time) so service has not been a problem. I have only sat outside and the tables have always been clean as well as the restrooms. Very limited draft beer selection. Stick with the typical bar grub and you will be satisfied. Their beer-battered fish is delicious as well as their Philly, onion rings and French fries. I wouldn't venture into salads at this place. For some reason you have to pre write in your tip before they run the credit card so be prepared for that bit of awkwardness.

Great place! Seafood chowder was excellent as were the fish tacos and steamed clams. Always love a bloody mary for $3. The manager, Josh, was very friendly and spent time talking to us. A great local hangout.

I have to give these guys some credit. While their menu is pretty standard fair they offer a Rachel sandwich that was really good. My party hung out at the outside bar and enjoyed a couple of local craft beers as well. They were still having trouble with their card machine which was a bit of a hassle, but luckily we had cash.

This location has been crying out for a family bar and grill. With tons of beach crowd across the street it will bring in lots people. As long as the new manager keeps it a family place it will succeed. Hope it doesn't turn into a bikers bar or seedy lounge. If that happens it might as well stayed with the decade's old loosening idea of a nudie bar.
